Shipping Across Canada & the USA

We whip our handcrafted items throughout Canada and the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the location and order. All shipments have a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks from the date payment is processed.

Furniture Delivery

Due to the size and nature of our custom log pieces, delivery for furniture is coordinated individually to ensure safe and secure transport. After checkout, we’ll contact you to confirm shipping details and delivery options. Shipping rates are subject to change based on location. A form is provided during a secure checkout and completion of form will ensure a more accurate rate for furniture shipping and delivery. All our custom-handcrafted furniture are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking and insurance included. Taking an image of all received deliveries will provide a 100% guarantee on your purchase.

Smaller products like our Wilson Fire Starters are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking and insurance included. Taking an image of all received deliveries will provide a 100% guarantee on your purchase.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: terms-and-conditions.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

Curbside pickup is available for All Purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Saturday from 9-8pm. Pickups need an arranged scheduled date and time. Arrangements can be fulfilled by email, phone call, or through our convenient online pickup order form provided at checkout.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

All orders are custom-built and hand-crafted. Depending on availability of inventory, the product weight, shipping delivery carrier, and shipping zones, the shipping FEES MAY VARY (chart is a guideline only). The shipping zone for deliveries have a range of 14 days up to 30 days (guideline only). SHIPPING RATES, DELIVERY DATES, AND SHIPPING CARRIERS ARE ALL SUBJECT TO CHANGE. All orders requiring pallet specific delivery may vary depending on product weight, shipping zoning, and shipping carriers assigned to the processed order. All orders will have an assigned tracking number once an order has been processed. Prior to processing ANY CUSTOM PRODUCT ORDERS Huron Log Furniture will be sending out a detailed email (provided by the customer in the CHECKOUT SECTION) to notify customers prior to fulfilling large pallet, customizable orders. Huron Log Furniture ensures a customer guaranteed satisfaction experience.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Were currently working on subscription-based (recurring) deliveries. Please stay tunned for our list of available products. Were hoping to have this service available in 2025

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

All large customizable pallet furniture orders such as beds, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, and swings need to be fulfilled accordingly as directed by our shipping policy. Contact us order forms are available at checkout for your convenience. All furniture is custom-built and hand-crafted these items are different in size, weight, and dimensions. Shipping rates may vary depending on selected shipping carrier and shipping zoning. The availability of inventory may also have an impact on product orders. As all our furniture is custom-built and may not be available within the 14-30 days. Customers will be contacted and shipping dates will be available upon completion.

All furniture and products sold are currently ONLY available in Canada. Were currently working on growing our business and expanding our shipping zoning internationally. Please contact us on our forms if your interested in our products and live internationally.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
