This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: terms-and-conditions .
Curbside pickup is available for All Purchases . Pickups are available Monday to Saturday from 9-8pm . Pickups need an arranged scheduled date and time. Arrangements can be fulfilled by email, phone call, or through our convenient online pickup order form provided at checkout.
All orders are custom-built and hand-crafted. Depending on availability of inventory, the product weight, shipping delivery carrier, and shipping zones, the shipping FEES MAY VARY (chart is a guideline only). The shipping zone for deliveries have a range of 14 days up to 30 days (guideline only). SHIPPING RATES, DELIVERY DATES, AND SHIPPING CARRIERS ARE ALL SUBJECT TO CHANGE. All orders requiring pallet specific delivery may vary depending on product weight, shipping zoning, and shipping carriers assigned to the processed order. All orders will have an assigned tracking number once an order has been processed. Prior to processing ANY CUSTOM PRODUCT ORDERS Huron Log Furniture will be sending out a detailed email (provided by the customer in the CHECKOUT SECTION) to notify customers prior to fulfilling large pallet, customizable orders. Huron Log Furniture ensures a customer guaranteed satisfaction experience.
All large customizable pallet furniture orders such as beds, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, and swings need to be fulfilled accordingly as directed by our shipping policy. Contact us order forms are available at checkout for your convenience. All furniture is custom-built and hand-crafted these items are different in size, weight, and dimensions. Shipping rates may vary depending on selected shipping carrier and shipping zoning. The availability of inventory may also have an impact on product orders. As all our furniture is custom-built and may not be available within the 14-30 days. Customers will be contacted and shipping dates will be available upon completion.
All furniture and products sold are currently ONLY available in Canada. Were currently working on growing our business and expanding our shipping zoning internationally. Please contact us on our forms if your interested in our products and live internationally.
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
