Shipping Across Canada & the USA - Furniture

We ship our handcrafted log furniture throughout Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, size, and carrier availability.

Please note: All custom log furniture is made to order and follows a multi-stage production and delivery timeline.

  • Production Lead Time:
    Up to 12 weeks from the date a 50% deposit is received for custom log furniture orders.

  • Final Payment & Completion:
    Once your project is complete, the remaining balance is due prior to shipment.

  • Shipping Timeline:
    After final payment has been processed, please allow an additional 4–6 weeks for shipping and delivery, depending on location and carrier availability.

All timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather conditions, delivery location, carrier scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the size and nature of our custom handcrafted log furniture, each delivery is coordinated individually to ensure safe and secure transport. After checkout, our team will contact you directly to confirm shipping details, delivery options, and timelines.

Shipping rates are subject to change based on location and carrier availability. A secure shipping information form is provided during checkout, and completion of this form helps us determine the most accurate shipping and delivery rates for your order.

All custom furniture pieces are shipped using trusted carriers, with tracking and insurance included for your peace of mind.

Delivery & Inspection Policy

Upon delivery, we strongly recommend taking clear photos of all received items, including packaging, before and after unpacking. This documentation provides a 100% guarantee and ensures accurate assessment should any issue arise.

Due to the nature of custom-made, handcrafted furniture, returns are not accepted.

Furniture Returns

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our furniture, we do not carry inventory and cannot offer standard returns. All inquiries regarding delivery or product concerns should be addressed by phone at 705-254-9331, and will be handled urgently on a case-by-case basis.

For any issues with delivered items, customers are asked to provide a photo of the product on delivery and if damaged occurred (additional photos required to support the concern). We take all shipments seriously and will work with each customer individually to resolve matters fairly and carefully.

Shipping Across Canada & the USA — Wilson Fire Starters

Wilson Fire Starters are shipped throughout Canada and the United States.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date payment is received.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Please note:
International or cross-border shipments may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders may be held by customs until applicable fees are paid.

Wilson Fire Starters ship separately from our handcrafted furniture products, which have longer production lead times.

For custom furniture orders, payment processing confirms your order and secures your place in our production schedule. Once payment is successfully processed, your order details and next steps will be confirmed.

Proudly Canadian & Handcrafted

All of our products-from custom log furniture to our signature Wilson Fire Starters-are handcrafted in Ontario using local materials, including 100% Canadian cedar shavings and 100% pure Canadian Beeswax from Dancing Bee Equipment.

Sales Tax (HST)

As a registered business in Ontario, we collect 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) on all purchases within Canada. The correct tax amount will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
